End of Life Doulas approach death holistically. If you're looking for a way to plan for your End of Life that will allow you to take control of how you wish you / your loved one will be looked after, put your affairs in order, find ways to connect with your loved ones and create legacy plans, this package is for you. This package includes all of my services including Advance Care Planning, non-medical support, legacy planning and support at end of life. This package includes: * 6 x 2 hour appointments * Full Advance Care Plan for your care team including Advance Statement, ADRT and POA * Non-Medical support as needed * Legacy plans to suit your wishes * Vigil presence at end of life * Unlimited email / text / voice note access to me
